Alex helps entrepreneurs grow themselves and their ventures, from the inside out. As a former leader at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), he advised the leadership teams of businesses across Canada, the U.S., Australia, and New Zealand. He later became the firm’s first Team Coach before launching his own practice. Now a Professional Certified Coach with 1,000+ hours of experience, he blends strategic insight with whole-person development—cutting through noise, revealing patterns, and translating clarity into practices that drive growth. Now based in Muskoka, he integrates lessons from nature into his work, challenging with curiosity, courage, and compassion.

Julian Giacomelli
As a twice-exited founder of pioneering healthy food ventures Rise Kombucha and Crudessence, Julian knows all about scaling purpose-driven companies to a national reach. He has supported over a hundred mission-driven entrepreneurs as a developmental coach, mentor and investor. With over two decades of entrepreneurial work and inner/contemplative practice, he blends the pragmatism of a builder with the depth of personal inquiry, to cultivate leadership presence that sustains growth. Based in Frelighsburg, QC, he draws on mindfulness, movement, and the rhythms of nature to guide leaders toward clarity, vitality, and connection.
